From Corporate Rising Star to Guardian of Healing: The Journey of Master Miaozhi

Part 1

Once the youngest executive in his company, Master Miaozhi began his career a decade ago as an ordinary employee at a listed firm. With exceptional talent, he generated tens of millions in revenue, achieving three consecutive promotions per year—rising swiftly to become the company’s youngest mid-level leader. Yet, his encounter with traditional culture—through luminaries like Nan Huai-jin, Shouyu, and Bodhidharma—transformed his worldview and nourished his spirit. As he immersed himself in spiritual practice, his mastery advanced rapidly, even visibly altering his countenance.

Driven by a quest for life’s deeper meaning, he turned his gaze beyond the corporate world. He devoted part of his time to philanthropy, offering free clinics in temples across Sichuan’s Aba Prefecture, Jiuhuashan, Wutaishan, and Shijiazhuang’s Mituo Dao Center. With wisdom and acupuncture, he healed bodies and minds, helping countless individuals find relief from physical and emotional suffering.

PART 2

Witnessing the Cost of Medical Ignorance during his free medical service, he witnessed countless tragedies caused by a lack of TCM knowledge—unnecessary suffering, financial ruin, and lives cut short.

- A 9-year-old with neuroblastoma, whose family exhausted their wealth and broke apart seeking global treatments.

- A 2-year-old girl left permanently catheterized after botched surgeries for a back skin condition.

- A 4-year-old disfigured by reckless steroid use for fever, ostracized by society. "To neglect medicine is to lack compassion."

- A friend’s father died from portal hypertension hemorrhage after invasive surgeries led to organ failure, costing ¥300,000 in ICU—only to end in loss. "To neglect medicine is to fail in filial duty."

- Parents lost to a "simple fever" after hospitals pumped them with steroids and ice beds, leaving their child shattered. "To neglect medicine is to defy natural harmony."

What does it truly mean to love?

Is it "love" to inject children with IV drips at every sniffle? To suppress fevers with steroids?

What is filial piety?

Is it buying expensive insurance, then watching parents suffer in hospitals? Or gifting them Maotai while their health crumbles?

How do we protect our families?

Learn TCM. Prevent minor ailments from becoming major crises.

Yet, will future generations really be healthier?

Amid food/air pollution, medical industrialism, and digital opium (social media addiction), cancer, chronic diseases, and depression surge.

Diving into TCM and Zen, Master Miaozhi sought remedies for humanity’s body, mind, and soul.

PART 3

The Birth of DZ ZEN WELLNESS

By 2024, overwhelmed by pleas for help, he left his high-paying career to establish DZ ZEN WELLNESS CENTRE ("Wisdom Abode"). The name honors Manjushri Bodhisattva’s vow to liberate beings through wisdom.

His mission: "May every family understand TCM; may no life be lost in vain."

- Free WeChat platforms ("Awareness Welfare Groups") now serve 1,500+ members, sharing daily TCM, acupuncture, and moxibustion knowledge.

- He shared his 4 years of compiled needle-therapy manuals for free—searchable solutions for home care.

- 15 free Zen-Medicine courses reshaped how many perceive illness.

- A points-reward system incentivizes learning (exchangeable for courses/products), spreading TCM culture widely.

PART 4

To meet growing demand, he launched offline Zen-acupuncture classes, simplifying TCM’s complexity into accessible skills.

At Wutaishan retreats, he blends half-day teachings with half-day practice, guiding students through spiritual and physical healing.
